"I have purchased two 2007 Rincons and they are the most fun I have had. The staff was real nice and didn't try and push extras on me. In fact I had to ask about extras, that is one thing i really liked. Nothing like being pressured into getting something I don't want. Very knowledgable about the products. The service guys were very good at what they do and willing to actually talk to you. I really liked my experience there and tell anyone that wants to buy to go to Kings Bay Honda. "For some strange reason I woke up one morning and decided to purchase two motorcycles. Not having ridden a motorcycle for almost twenty years I was a bit worried about the various changes in the technology. For three days I looked at every motorcycle on the market. I found that every dealer was willing to sell me almost anything just to make a sale. However, I was able to find one dealer who seemed to really be concerned about my personal concerns and wishes. That dealer was located in a small town called Kingsland, Georgia. Kings Bay Honda not only gave me the best price but their honesty was amazing, considering the lack of customer service given by most dealers today. Sometimes the best price is not all that matters if one is looking strictly at the cost of unit. I found that many dealers offer you a good price on the unit but then add hundreds to the price of servicing that same unit. That in itself jumps the price of the bike up, at least several hundred dollars when the bike is brought in for its first break-in scheduled maintenance. When entering the showroom the first thing I noticed was a large glass door refrigerator with a sign on the front which read "Free drinks." Sometimes it is the small things, not the big things that tell what a dealer is really like. When all was said and done "I" decided to purchase two new motorcycles from Kings Bay Honda. As an author, I deal with many major corporations; such a Dell, Circuit City, Bank of America, FedEx and UPS. How nice it was to find a company who still knows what the term "customer service" means.
